Welcome to Amit Travels. By using our services, booking a tour, or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or transactions.

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all travel-related services offered by Amit Travels, located at Siddharth Nagar, Solapur, Maharashtra – 413302.
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined here.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official communication channels — phone, email, or authorized representatives.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation.

  • Prices mentioned are subject to change based on hotel availability, fuel charges, and government taxes.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved digital modes.

  • The balance amount must be paid before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

  • In case of non-payment, Amit Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to akkys7544@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation charges may apply as per hotel, airline, or transport partner policies.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the deduction of applicable fees.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows, early checkouts, or unused services.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, tickets, and travel permits where required.

  • Amit Travels is not liable for any loss or delay caused by missing documents or incorrect information provided by the traveler.

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify and adhere to COVID-19 or other government travel guidelines.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Amit Travels acts as a tour facilitator between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, flight delays, or changes in government policies.

  • While we take utmost care to ensure your comfort and safety, all travel is undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.

7. Changes & Modifications

  • Travelers may request itinerary modifications, subject to availability and applicable costs.

  • Amit Travels reserves the right to make minor itinerary adjustments in case of unforeseen situations (e.g., weather, traffic, or safety concerns).

8. Conduct During Travel

  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws during the trip.

  • Any misconduct or damage caused to property or co-travelers will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and images on the Amit Travels website are the property of Amit Travels and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Solapur, Maharashtra.
