Refund Policy – Amit Travels

At Amit Travels, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying travel experience. We understand that plans may change, and this Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are processed for our travel services.

By booking a trip or service through Amit Travels, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

All refund requests are subject to our cancellation terms, partner policies, and the specific conditions of the service booked (hotel, transport, or tour).
Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations made within the specified time frame.


2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at akkys7544@gmail.com or through our registered contact number +91 99236 91603.

  • Refund amounts depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made before the travel date:

    • 15 days or more prior: Up to 80% refund (after deducting service & transaction fees)

    • 7–14 days prior: Up to 50% refund

    • Less than 7 days: No refund applicable

  • Refunds are not applicable for “no-shows”, early departures, or partially used packages.


3. Cancellation by Amit Travels

In the rare case that Amit Travels cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns):

  • Customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule their trip without additional charges.

  • Amit Travels will not be responsible for any additional costs (flight tickets, visa fees, etc.) incurred by the customer.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • For online or card payments, refunds will be credited to the original source of payment only.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway used.


5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and components of travel packages are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Flight and train tickets (as per airline/railway policy)

  • Visa and documentation fees

  • Travel insurance charges

  • Third-party activity or event bookings


6. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates, upgrade hotels, or extend stay), such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs depending on availability.


7. Force Majeure Clause

Amit Travels shall not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
