Welcome to Amit Travels. This User Agreement governs your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By booking a trip, browsing our website, or engaging with any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of advance or full payment, as communicated at the time of reservation.

You agree to make timely payments and understand that failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Prices are subject to change due to availability, taxes, or partner adjustments.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within the specified timeline after applicable deductions.

No refund will be given for “no-shows”, late arrivals, or partially used packages.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Post or share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Violate copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights belonging to Amit Travels.

7. Third-Party Services
Amit Travels collaborates with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other third-party vendors. While we ensure the best quality, we are not liable for any delay, cancellation, or service issue caused by third parties.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and images displayed on the Amit Travels website are the intellectual property of Amit Travels.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Solapur, Maharashtra courts.
